The network gathering logic was reverted back to "friends and their friends, etc..."
This should fix all oscillations in reputation propagation. There is still some delay in the propagation.
Rating neutral or negative now stops also the friends of that account from getting into the network.

Reduced reputation summing. Now only top positive and top negative reputation sources are combined, which are visible in the rating popup. This a cautious way to estimate a reputation, so bad suggestions should be reduced dramatically.

Reputations from different sources are now simply summed. This means rating e.g. a topic will by default make its items have the same reputation. Rating is therefore now more powerful than before. Rating granularity will be increased to make it possible to give more cautious ratings.

The network is now equivalent to all users that have positive reputation.
Removed the like-minded component from the reputation score. You can rate the like-minded search to bring like-minded into your network and to affect the reputations again.

The search now supports viewing topics, links, posts or search categories separately. This means you can easily see e.g. which search categories you follow.

The rating popup is now partially usable without an account: raters-of and collectors-of search work for guests too.
